DDR WEight Loss and Wii

I am so excited my Wii hottest party DDR is on its way i have read in so many blogs/articles/forums that DDr is an effective weight loss tool i am currently about 156Lbs and want to get down to bout 130lbs with the sports wii wish me luck will keep you posted once i start.
